We just finished the Winter Weight Loss class and the results are fantastic. On average, the folks who took part in this 6 session (held over 8 weeks) program lost 16 pounds. That’s what I call steady and sure.
The participants now have the knowledge and skills to continue on to their ultimate goal weights feeling confident and in control.
