I’m starting another weight loss class on April 15, 2010. The winter group that started in January has been a multi-pound shedding success. Using hypnosis to increase movitivation and improve their self-esteem, the 2010 winter group is having wonderful results. Results have ranged from 8 pounds (for the smallest gal in the class with a goal to reduce 15 pounds) up to 24 pounds - all in just 6 sessions. And, the class plans to use their self-hypnosis skills to keep on going all the way to their goals.

Have you ever heard of HypnoBirthing? HypnoBabies? Hypno-Beginning? The Mongan Method? Or using hypnosis for a stress free, relaxed and comfortable childbirth? Now is the time to look into a new way to have a fabulous labor experience.
A new Hypno-Beginning class will begin in mid-January 2009. The class will be held on Saturday mornings for four consecutive weeks beginning on January 17 and ending February 7. Each class is 2 hours in length. The mother and father/partner/coach are both expected to attend every class.
In order to keep the classroom quiet and provide a safe learning environment where you can practice techniques for a peaceful chemical-free birth. I am limiting the class to four couples.
